• For mobile subscribers (Kyivstar and other operators), the login to Kyivstar TV is a mobile phone number. The password for access will be sent by SMS to the specified number at each authorization attempt or via Viber.

• For users of Home Internet, the login to Kyivstar TV is the customer's personal account number. You can find your account number in your personal account in the My Kyivstar system. The password will be sent by SMS to the mobile phone number specified in the My Kyivstar system when you connect for the first time.

The password change function is available only for Home Internet subscribers registered on the platform using their personal account number.

You can change your password in the Settings section on any of your devices.

There are several ways to recover a lost password:

• log in to your Home Internet account in the My Kyivstar system In the Connected services > TV > Password recovery section, enter your mobile phone number and click Connect. An SMS with a new password will be sent to the specified number;

• make a request *459# or 459XXXXX#, where XXXXX is the number of the personal account of the Home Internet service;

• contact the support chat or call the call center at 460;

• visit the nearest Kyivstar store for help.

Subscribers registered using a phone number receive a password via SMS with each new login.

• Check if you are receiving other SMS from Kyivstar, it is possible that the reception is blocked and you need to unblock it;

• check the phone memory. If it is full, SMS cannot be delivered and you need to clear the phone memory;

• make sure you are within mobile coverage. If you have Internet access, try to get the code via Viber to the same number.

• try logging in on another device.

Kyivstar mobile subscribers and those of other mobile operators can take advantage of all the benefits of the service by purchasing one of the subscriptions.

To do this, you should log in to your personal account using your phone number, go to Profile > Packages, select a tariff and click Connect.

• Kyivstar subscribers are charged for the service from their mobile account.

• For subscribers of other operators, the service fee is charged to the credit card specified during the connection.

Kyivstar Home Internet subscribers can choose one of the packages Vse Razom. This service provides access to home Internet, mobile communications and online TV on extremely favorable terms. To take advantage of the offer, you need to choose one of the tariffs on this page and click “Connect”. After that, you will need to fill out the “Application for Connection”. You can also leave such an application by calling the contact center at 460. Our colleagues will contact you at the number indicated as a contact in My Kyivstar to agree on the date and details of the connection.

The service is renewed on a monthly basis (or in 3-6-12 months if you have purchased a long-term package) with certain differences for different types of subscribers.

• For Kyivstar mobile subscribers, the service fee is charged to your mobile account on the day when the previous payment was made.

• For subscribers of other operators, the payment is charged to the card specified when connecting the service on the day when the preliminary payment was made.

• For Home Internet users, the payment for services is charged by the 3rd day of each month. If you use the services of the Vse Razom tariff, the payment is charged on the 1st day of the month.

Please note that the first month of using Kyivstar TV services is charged for the number of days remaining until the end of the month.

If a Kyivstar mobile subscriber has insufficient funds on his/her account at the time of payment, the daily fee for the service will be charged.

Subscribers of other mobile operators can add one or more payment cards to extend the service. To do this, log in to your personal account, select “Payment details” in the “Profile” menu and click “Add new card”. The next charge will be made from this card.

Home Internet subscribers can order the “Week of Trust” service. For 7 days you will be able to use the home Internet, watch TV, call Kyivstar numbers and receive 100 MB of mobile Internet daily for free. For more information about the service, please call 460.

You can find out the name and terms of your tariff by logging in to the web version or the Kyivstar TV application from any device. Information about the connected tariff can be found in the “Profile” menu in the “Packages” > “My packages” section. Detailed information about the terms, payment and available content can be found by clicking on the name of a particular package.

Service deactivation differs for different types of subscribers.

Kyivstar mobile subscribers can disconnect the service in several ways

• in the My Kyivstar system by logging in to the mobile application or website;

• by calling 477*760 and following the voice prompts;

Subscribers of other mobile operators can disable the service in their personal account. To do this, log in using your phone number, in the “Profile” menu, open the “Packages” tab > “My packages”. Select the package you want to disable and click on the “Disable package” button.

Home Internet subscribers can disconnect the service by calling the Contact Center at 460.

Kyivstar and other mobile operators can use one of the regular packages. The content of the packages depends on their price. Each package includes: online TV (from 280 channels), a library of movies (from 5 000 movies) and TV series, various shows, cartoons, adult content, sports content, etc.

Additional packages are also available to subscribers, which include only selected content. Among them: “Kids, Paramount+, Movie Hit HD, and Adult. You can view the list of additional packages available to you in the menu “Profile” > “Packages”.

In addition, you can buy or rent one movie or TV series on Kyivstar TV. The content available for purchase is marked with the “Purchase” label

For Kyivstar mobile subscribers, the Easy Start package includes the first 30 days of free use of the platform. Then the Family package is activated.

For subscribers of other mobile operators, two trial periods are available - the first 14 days of access to the Family package for 1 UAH. Then the full cost of the service is charged or the first 14 days of access to the Premium HD package for UAH 29. Then the full cost is charged

Subscriptions for 3, 6 or 12 months can be purchased by mobile subscribers (Kyivstar and other operators). Detailed information on the cost of the subscription can be found in the menu “Profile” > “Packages”.

Kyivstar mobile subscribers are not charged for using the Kyivstar TV application, provided that they use it within 2G, 3G or 4G* networks.

Please note that the subscriber must log in to the application using the phone number where Kyivstar TV service is connected.

*In roaming, the tariff is charged according to standard roaming conditions.
