When you connect Kyivstar TV for the first time, we give you access to all channels of the service and the basic video library in the Light Start package for 30 days. The package will be connected automatically, you just need to activate the gift in the app or on the website.

You can also disable the Light Start package via My Kyivstar or by calling 477*760.

After the Light Start package expires, the Family package will be automatically activated.

As of 09/20/2024, this package costs 150 UAH per month. The current price can be found on the website.

You can find out the name and terms of your tariff by logging in to the web version or the Kyivstar TV application from any device. Information about the connected tariff can be found in the “Profile” menu in the “Packages” > “My packages” section. Detailed information about the terms, payment and available content can be found by clicking on the name of a particular package.

Kyivstar mobile subscribers can disconnect the service in several ways

• in the My Kyivstar system by logging in to the mobile application or website;
• by calling 477*760 and following the voice prompts;

Kyivstar mobile subscribers are not charged for using the Kyivstar TV application, provided that they use it within 2G, 3G or 4G* networks.

Please note that the subscriber must log in to the application using the phone number where Kyivstar TV service is connected.
