Noh Mu-jin was once an ordinary labor lawyer who handled difficult cases and tried to stay away from other people’s problems. However, after a severe accident from which he miraculously survives, his life changes dramatically. Mu-jin begins to see ghosts — people who, for various reasons, cannot leave the world of the living.

At first, he tries to ignore his new ability, but he quickly realizes that the ghosts do not come to him by chance. Each of them has unfinished business — workplace injustice, broken relationships, unspoken truths, or mistakes that can no longer be corrected in the living world. And only he, as a lawyer, can untangle these stories and bring them to a resolution.

With every new case, Mu-jin becomes more deeply involved in the lives of others, where the line between truth and guilt becomes increasingly blurred. While helping others, he also begins to rethink his own life, his losses, and the second chance he received after the accident.
