The film by director Vladislav Robsky does not just show heroes telling their stories. The film involves doctors and psychologists who explain the motives of the actions of people whose lives are drastically changed by the war, and give advice to relatives and everyone around them on how to accept their compatriots wounded by the war into their environment.
The film is a moving historical study of the mass wounds inflicted on our nation by the enemy and, at the same time, an optimistic road map that teaches us to get out of severe depressive states onto the path of new achievements and a full life.
Each of the film's episodes contains two impressive biographies, consisting of stories from the heroes themselves, their relatives, loved ones, and front-line comrades. The film is vital not only for veterans who have been seriously injured and are trying to get used to a new life. It will also be useful to all citizens surrounded by disabled war veterans.
