Just before her 18th birthday, Sasha arrives at her uncle’s estate to claim her share of the family business. From the very beginning, she feels like an outsider in the house. Her arrival means that the family’s assets will now have to be divided, forcing some relatives to give up what they already considered their own. They try to manipulate Sasha, persuade her to give up her inheritance, and convince her that she should stay out of the family’s affairs.

Gradually, Sasha begins to notice that something strange is happening around her. The family has secrets they would rather keep hidden, and some events from the past do not match what she has been told. Determined to find out whom she can trust, Sasha starts investigating her family’s history on her own.

But while Sasha is fighting to protect her inheritance, feelings begin to develop between her and one of the people living in the house. Love unexpectedly makes everything more complicated. Now she has to figure out whether genuine feelings can be separated from the interests of the family.
