“The Pickup” (2025) is a crime action comedy about armored truck driver Russell and his new partner Travis, who set out on a routine cash transport run. Russell is an experienced armored truck driver who is used to following clear rules and keeping his work calm and predictable. Their route is suddenly interrupted by a carefully planned attack. A group of criminals led by the mysterious and cunning Zoe blocks the truck and attempts to seize its valuable cargo. For Russell and Travis, the situation quickly spirals out of control as the attackers turn out to be far better prepared than they expected.

Trying to escape the trap, the partners are forced to put their disagreements aside and work as a team. But Russell and Travis gradually realize that the robbery is only part of a much larger plan. The criminals have motives of their own, and not everything is as straightforward as it initially seems among the people involved in this dangerous game.
