What is the movie “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” about?

The film takes viewers to 1994, when Noah Diaz is trying to find a job and provide for his family. Meanwhile, archaeologist Elena Wallace is studying an ancient figurine, unaware that a powerful artifact is hidden inside it. Their paths cross when Noah accidentally activates the Transformer Mirage, disguised as a sports car.

Soon, the heroes learn about the existence of the Maximals — Transformers capable of taking the form of animals. They came to Earth while escaping a powerful enemy hunting the Transwarp Key, which can open portals between worlds. If the artifact falls into the enemy’s hands, Earth will be threatened with destruction.
