The premiere of a new documentary film on the TV channel "1+1 Ukraine" from the creators of "Ukraine. Returning one's history" about the causes of Russian aggression and cruelty under the title "Racism. History of the disease". The author of the documentary projects, Akim Galimov, together with the team researched the historical prerequisites that made the Russians a nation of executioners and marauders.
In a new documentary, viewers will learn what caused the unmotivated aggression of Russians and how Asian origin and genes have influenced the level of hatred of modern Russians. Experts will tell what ancient traditions caused the high level of domestic violence in Russia, how "hazing" in the army turned a Russian into a cruel executioner, how the church in Russia nurtured the humility of its parishioners. The film will also reveal how Russian rulers managed to blackmail people with food, when and why the idea that the Western world was the enemy first arose in Russia. In addition, the creators of the film found the answer to what needs to be done to change Russians once and for all.
Ukrainian and international experts joined the work on the new documentary. Among them are historian Oleksandr Alfiorov, American historian, writer, Pulitzer Prize laureate Anne Appelbaum, French historian and theologian, doctor of historical sciences Antoine Arzhakovsky. Filming took place in the USA, France, Poland and Ukraine.
