Top James Bond films: what to watch?
This selection includes the full franchise — from the first appearance of the iconic spy on the big screen to modern stories that redefined the character of James Bond.
Each Bond film has its own mood: sometimes it is large-scale secret operations and dangerous enemies, and sometimes it is personal struggles, losses, and life-changing decisions.
“Casino Royale” (2006)
This is the first James Bond story starring Daniel Craig, showing 007 at the beginning of his career. Bond is assigned to stop terrorist financier Le Chiffre during a high-stakes poker game at Casino Royale. However, the mission turns into a personal test when he meets Vesper Lynd — a woman who changes his understanding of trust and emotions. The film rebooted the franchise and introduced a more realistic, emotional, and vulnerable Bond.
“Goldfinger” (1964)
One of the most famous James Bond films that defined the classic image of Agent 007. “Skyfall” (2012)

“Dr. No” (1962)
